• Transportation may not always be available due to vehicle set up and space available. 

• For those traveling without a rental vehicle and require transportation to attend a workshop, transportation will be provided.

• Transportation will NOT be provided to Banff National Park or Canmore. Please arrange your own transportation.

• Please note: If you require transportation, Dani's vehicle is her personal vehicle and is pet friendly. Dani's dog Tuzo attends some workshops/tours. He is 10 years old now so he often prefers to sleep in and stay home.

• A non-photographing friend or spouse means that private workshops/tours prices are based on one person, but we do encourage clients to bring their spouse or friends to enjoy the amazing scenery. They are welcome to use their phones or cameras to take photographs themselves but the guiding and teaching will be concentrated on the main photographing client.

• Individuals under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

• These workshops/tours are not recommended for children. If a child under the age of 12 are attending, an adult other then the photographing client must be present.

• Full payment is required upon booking. Cancellations will be accepted but refunds will not be issued. Rescheduling is encouraged and there is no expiry when a booking needs to be rescheduled. 

• In the event of severe weather, workshops and tours may be postponed without notice if an instructor is unable to attend.

• In the event we have to cancel a workshop, participants will be given the option to reschedule to a later date. We are not, however, liable for expenses incurred such as airfare or accommodations. We recommend the purchase of trip insurance.

If you join us for an event, please understand that you are responsible for your own preparedness and well-being and will hold no one else liable in case of injury.

You agree not to hold the Instructors, Banff Photo Workshops & Tours or any other members responsible for any injuries that may happen at a planned event. This release extends and applies to, and also covers and includes, all unknown, unforeseen, unanticipated and unsuspected injuries, damages, loss and liability. You are responsible to research the event and bring proper gear.

Banff Photo Workshops & Tours does not provide liability insurance for the protection of individuals who may participate in any of the events planned by the BPW&T.

Your attendance at any event signifies that you have read and accept the terms of this liability waiver. By signing up for any event you understand that you are attending all events AT YOUR OWN RISK.
