Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Banff Photo Workshops & Tours:

At Banff Photo Workshops & Tours, we strive to provide exceptional photography experiences tailored to our participants' needs. We understand that plans may change, and flexibility is essential. However, we kindly request that you review our refund policy outlined below:

All bookings made with Banff Photo Workshops & Tours are considered final, and as such, we do not offer refunds.

We recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and rescheduling your workshop or tour is highly encouraged. Participants are welcome to reschedule their booking at any time, without the need to commit immediately to a new date.

Upon rescheduling, a credit for the full value of the booking will be issued to the participant. This credit will remain available indefinitely and can be utilized towards any future workshop or tour offered by Banff Photo Workshops & Tours.

Furthermore, participants have the flexibility to use their credit towards an upgraded session length in the future, allowing for a more immersive and enriching experience.

Our aim is to ensure that participants can enjoy our workshops and tours at their convenience, without the pressure of expiration dates or rigid scheduling constraints.
