This Women's Adventure is a 5 day 5 night workshop based primarily in Banff National Park. We will be spending 1 night in Banff, 3 nights in Nordegg and 1 final night in Banff, all hotels.
There is no set in stone itinerary for this adventure. We will be dictated by the weather and which locations will work the best for conditions.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:

-DSLR Camers or Mirrorless Camera
-Wide Angle Lens
-Extra batteries and memory cards.
-Extra batteries+memory cards
-Camera filters (we recommend ND and ND Grad filters 100mm filter system if your lens allows it)
-Wide Angle lens
-Camera backpack with a harness system that is comfortable.
-Warm clothing that you can layer.
-Down/Synthetic down layer
-Base layers/Long Johns
-Heat packs for gloves and boots(hand & toe warmers).
-Personal hygiene items.
-Waterproof Winter boots
-Waterproof pants/snow pants
-Lots of Socks!
-Two professional Local Guides
-Accommodation while on tour (double occupancy)
-Commercial Permits and fees

$500 booking deposit is non-refundable
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT GROUP PHOTO ADVENTURES
$500CAD payment is required upon booking. Cancellations will be accepted 14 days AFTER booking date. After that time refunds will not be issued. If you are unable to attend we will assist you in selling your spot. If someone is found to replace you, a refund minus 15% administration fee will be issued. If your spot is not filled, no refund will be issued.
*Group photo adventures are recommended for adults over the age of 18. An adult must accompany any minors under the age of 18. Both adult and minor are required to pay for each respective spots within adventure *
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made 14 days AFTER booking date.
Full refunds (minus 15% admin fee) will be given if cancelled within 14 days of booking date.
In the event of severe weather, group photo adventures will not be postponed. You are required to bring appropriate clothing to protect yourself from the elements. A list will be emailed to all participants of each adventure.
Administration fee of 15% will not be refunded.
We reserve the right to cancel any workshop if our minimum enrollment is not met. In the event we have to cancel a workshop, participants will be given the option to reschedule to a later date or receive a full refund. We are not, however, liable for expenses incurred such as airfare or accommodations. We recommend the purchase of trip insurance.
Waiver of Liability
You agree when you sign up for any event with Banff Photo Workshops & Tours that you have read and understand the below.
If you join us for an event, please understand that you are responsible for your own preparedness and well-being and will hold no one else liable in case of injury.
You agree not to hold the Instructors, Banff Photo Workshops & Tours or any other members responsible for any injuries that may happen at a planned event. This release extends and applies to, and also covers and includes, all unknown, unforeseen, unanticipated and unsuspected injuries, damages, loss and liability. You are responsible to research the event and bring proper gear.
Banff Photo Workshops & Tours does not provide liability insurance for the protection of individuals who may participate in any of the events planned by the BPWT.
Your attendance at any event signifies that you have read and accept the terms of this liability waiver. By signing up for any event you understand that you are attending all events AT YOUR OWN RISK.
